Interview with Billy Gould; 7 Years later (2005)
We had ex Faith No More founder member and bass player Billy Gould on the telephone about the new Fear Factory record "Transgression" (which he plays on, out in August 2005) and about 7 years after the split of Faith No More. Recorded on the 2nd of August 2005.
"The time in Faith No More took a lot of energy and we had lots of pressure on us all the time. For 17 long years. It got harder and harder... It wears you down. I needed a couple of years off. If there's only one guy of 5 that wants to go on, it ain't gonna work. Now Faith No More is like an ex-wife. I have a drink with them once in a while, but nothing more than that."
