Ima Robot is a LA band that was on tour with The Von Bondies in May 2004. We did an interview with Tim and Oliver about their influences:

"The Sex Pistols, The Voidoids, Television, and Devo, they are the uncrowned kings of post punk. We're really in love with that era of the late 70's and early 80's. There are a lot of bands from that era that affect music today...or should."
