On the Lowlands festival we talked to JC. He told us they were living in Holland for a while and he explains why it is so nice to live in Amsterdam.

On the Dutch Pinkpop festival we spoke to Danko Jones about touring festivals and, lyrics, and other bands. Danko explains what he likes about it all. Recorded in June 2006.

We spoke to Danko and JC just before had to play the Milkyway in Amsterdam, March 2006. Danko spoke about the new catchy record "Sleep is the Enemy", about his lyrics and the new drummer. The band will go on a huge tour again in 2006. So watch out for them and try to see them live!

"The song 'Baby Hates Me' is a song about when you are kinda with someone and you both really want to split up. We've all been there, hahaha."

The Rock & Roll band Danko Jones was in Holland for a few gigs in November 2003. Danko had to take a break from the interviews so we talked to the rest of the band about the festival circuit in Europe and Canadian bands. We asked them how they felt about Danko getting all the attention:

"It's totally fine. It's a lot of hard work and on stage everyone is doing their own thing and it wouldn't be the same if it was just one guy."
