We spoke to The Charlatans singer Tim Burgess in Amsterdam, March 2006. Tim was here to promote the great new album "Simpatico". Tim explains how some of the songs got together and the way they worked it all out. While he was in LA and the rest over all the world.

The Charlatans are a very popular Britpop group that had huge success in the nineties. Toazted talked to Tim Burgess in 1999 after the release of their self produced cd "Us and Us Only":

"We produced it ourselves because we believe we know the songs better than anyone else because we've grown with them from the first incarnation and we knew what we wanted to present to people."
