The first part of the interview with CocoRosie at Lowlands is about how they use tea as drugs, sounds a bit weird and it actually is. They tell us how they love to drive through Holland, especially in the spring because of all the young animals. The also get to the differences between Pukkelpop and Lowlands and how much fun it is to tour and all the crazy things they do.

In the second part of the interview at Lowlands the girls of CocoRosie been told about the 'Magneetbar' where get free beer if you act crazy and stuff, they immediately want to go there. The get to talk about the cities they live in, Paris and New York. And if they still see the people they worked with, like Anthony of Anthony and the Johnsons, they also try to explain why their music is catogorized as Freak Folk.

In the last part of the interview with CocoRosie at Lowlands, the girls get to talk about 'Turn Me On' by Kevin Little, because they do a cover of that song at their shows. They even sing a small part of that song for us live. They reveal their plans for the near future and what they think they are doing in about ten years.

Bianca and Sierra Casady are dreamy freak folk duo Coco Rosie. These sisters grew up seperately, but since they started making music together in 2003 they've been very close. Their third album entitled 'The Adventures of Ghosthorse and Stillborn' appeared March 2007. Toazted spoke with Sierra Casady.

Sierra Casady talks about not wanting to grow up:
'Bianca and I are very suspicious of adults, and the whole concept of
what an adult is.'

Sierra on her lonely childhood:
'I remember feeling extremely alone from my earliest memories, from when
I was five or six.'
